Mountain West Medical is pleased to announce that we are now doing Virtual Visits. Virtual visits are a safe and secure way to meet with your provider and take care of your health care needs. This is accomplished via video chat using a Zoom.
To get started, simply request an appointment online through the "Book Online" button found on this page. Make sure you select one of the "virtual" visits as these are the only ones that are programmed to trigger a virtual visit. After booking a visit, our staff will reach out to you via email to send you a link to your Zoom meeting. Please download all available software needed to conduct the meeting prior to your appointment start time. Currently we are unable to do telehealth if the patient resides outside of the state of Idaho due to licensing requirements of various states. Contact our office if you have any questions about this.
